This growing coalition is supported by the Hepatitis C Elimination Roadmap Ontario. We’re working across healthcare, government, and community partners to take practical action to eliminate hepatitis C in Ontario. Together, we're taking collective action to:

• Routinize and expand hepatitis C testing, with focused outreach to communities experiencing the highest burden.
• Streamline access to curative treatment by integrating care across settings and reducing practical and system barriers.
• Advance policy and health system improvements that support prevention, equitable access, and sustained progress toward elimination.
